Centilytics is an intelligent cloud management platform which integrates with third-party apps or services to provide customer a unified way instead of switching to different platforms.
Various organizations use Freshservice which is an ITSM tool to increase agent productivity, automate internal processes and improve employee experience. To enhance this employee experience even more, we provide flexibility for users to integrate Freshservice.
By integrating your favorite ITSM tool i.e Freshservice with Centilytics, you can raise and handle all the tickets raised by viewing and monitoring their status in a single dashboard.

1. Log-in to console and select “Support”
2. Select from already integrated service pages
3. Select “Create Case” to configure settings
4. Fill email ID and subject in the dialog box
5. Select the attachments (optional)
6. Click "Submit"
